At St Giles’ C of E Infant School, we are proud of our inclusive, nurturing ethos. All pupils receive high quality teaching using a range of approaches to ensure the curriculum matches their needs. Children sometimes experience difficulties in their learning and require additional support to accelerate their progress to enable them to work at or above age related expectations.

Our SENCo, Miss Mutch, works closely with class teachers and parents to identify at the earliest opportunity children who may need additional support. We then decide on appropriate support options, strategies and interventions. We regularly review the provision we put in place to ensure we are supporting children to make the best possible progress in their learning.
