Welcome to our school

St Giles is a small Church of England Infant school serving the parish of Ashtead and its surrounding area. Situated just off the High Street and near Ashtead Park, the school has up to 120 pupils on roll.  It was established in 1852 and is a charming mix of an historical building and modern facilities in keeping with educational provision today.  We believe that we are here to educate children for the whole of life and whilst we are proud of our high standards and achievement, we focus on the development of the whole child in a friendly family atmosphere.  We want children to be equipped for life in the 21st century with secure learning skills, an understanding of Christian attitudes and values, the ability to relate to other people and a sense of self worth which will enable them to take their place in society.

Please enjoy browsing through the website and finding out more about us, “a school where children flourish”.
